[bluetooth-dev] BT stack on Ericsson HW

Hi,

Just recently received some Ericsson HW and trying
the 20001115 Axis stack on Linux 2.4.0-test12 x86 Linux machine.

  Server command used:
btduser --physdev /dev/ttyS0 --speed 57600 --server --hwinit ericsson
--remote 192.168.1.106 --local 192.168.1.19 -v

  Client command used:

btduser --physdev /dev/ttyS0 --speed 57600 --client -m 0 --hwinit ericsson
-v

When I issue the following command at th client:

rf_conn 00:d0:b7:03:28:2c 1

The server produces the following error:

Using interface ppp0
Connect: ppp0 <--> /dev/pts/6

BT SYS: ACL link is up TEMP FIX
remote_name_request: for bd address 0x00:d0:b7:03:48:9a:
Result not pending, force status = no further info
process_event: REMOTE_NAME_REQUEST_COMPLETE
BT SYS: ERROR :REMOTE_NAME_REQUEST_COMPLETE: LMP Response Timeout

Meanwhile, the client has the following messages:

>rf_conn 00:d0:b7:03:28:2c 1
Connecting RFCOMM to df: 00:FFFFFFD0:FFFFFFB7:03:28:2C
RFCOMM server channel is 1
>sleeping 3 sec... (3 com fix)
use NO timer...
BT SYS: ACL link is up TEMP FIX
remote_name_request: for bd address 0x00:d0:b7:03:28:2c:
process_event: REMOTE_NAME_REQUEST_COMPLETE

Does anyone know why the server has a LMP timeout?

BTW, I thought I found a posting
where someone said to remote the jumper from pins 8 & 10 on the Ericsson
card when
using USB for power to the card. I tried this and it did not make a
difference.
