[bluetooth-dev] [PATCH] Makefile fix for RedHat 7.0 and 6.2

If you apply this small patch to the latest bluetooth tree, you can then
successfully compile on either RedHat 6.2 or 7.0 with the following
command line:

	RedHat 6.x:
		make
	RedHat 7.0:
		make INCLUDEDIR=/usr/src/linux/include

If anyone has any problems with this, please let me know.

thanks,

greg k-h
