[bluetooth-dev] error in L2CAP QOS data field

good morning,

  i was just testing QOS options of the latest release
 of the protocol stack. i ran userspace stack, with an
 EBDK.

  i think this L2CAP Configure Response with QOS data
 packet is invalid. the first 2 bytes of the QOS Option
 data should be 03 16, if i understood the specs correctly.
