[bluetooth-dev] SDP Specification Question.
The SDP specification says that a SDP response may be broken at any
arbitary boundary as determined by the SDP server, inorder to fit within
a SDP response packet. The spec makes an exception for Service Search
Response packets saying that a particular Service Handle must not be
broken, or delivered across two packets.
My question is this this 'arbitary' business:
By 'arbitary' are they saying an SDP server can split a
response(Attribute Search and Service Attribute Search responses only)
at any 'byte' boundary or are they saying that the SDP must split the
response at an arbitary Bluetooth boundard, for example between two
'Data Element's? It would certainly be easier to break at a byte
boundary, although this might not be within spec. Any ideas?
