[bluetooth-dev] What about DNS of an LAN-connectionless BT device ?

Hi,

does anybody have an idea how to do name/ip translation of an embedded
devide without ethernet connection ? Here is the situation: Imagine a
standalone (not connected to a LAN like an a(xis)ccess point) Bluetooth
device, that should be configured through a web browser. I think you can
use the LAN access profile stuff for the IP/PPP/RFCOMM based connection.
You probably will get an IP from the device. But
how the the (stupid) user know the IP address to enter in his URL field
? A solution would be a kind of small embedded DNS server inside the
Bluetooth device ??? Any idea ? Problem clear ?

Is something like this done in the Axis BT printer box ?
