[bluetooth-dev] bug in btd.c

I figured out the reason for btduser crashing if run as server
for hci emulation using tcpip socket.

In file btd.c, open_tcpsocket() function, the address string addrstr
expected is
< ipaddr>:<socket>
and it tries to extract the socket no. from this string.
But the argument passed is just socket no.

So i guess we should use command
./btduser --cmdmode --tcpsock <ipaddr :socket>
to invoke the server.

Also when i run btduser as client there is no activity
command mode doesnt come, has anyone tried this before?

Thanks and best regards
