The USB Bluetooth driver is in the Linux kernel tree.  Select it when
you compile a kernel.  Then point the Axis bluetooth stack at the
/dev/ttyUB? node (you did read the Documentation/usb/bluetooth.txt file,
right? :) instead of the /dev/ttyS? node.
