[bluetooth-dev] bt_hw_vendor: Device or resource busy

When I try to set up a ppp connection.

On server side:
[...btd]# btd -m -s 57600 -e 0 -d -D

On client side:
[... btd]# btd -m -s 57600 -e 0 -r client

In the command menu I enter ppp on both side, then I've got the message
below over and over again
bt_waitline : got a connection !
wait for a connection on line 0

When I am killing the process by entering ^C and then try to start btd
again I got

Bluetooth Control Application
Running as server
Physdev /dev/ttyS0, btdev /dev/ttyBT0, speed 57600 baud
bt_hw_vendor: Device or resource busy
ERROR : init_phys() not implemented!
Registered bluetooth line discipline on /dev/ttyS0
open_device : Device or resource busy

What is happening?
How can I get around this problem?

I'm using 200010507 stack version, which is compiled under kernel 2.4.4.

Thanks in advance
