hi, i have also tried the ericsson application and training toolkits, they
also work fine. i have tried them under redhat 6.2 (2.2.19 and 2.4.x
kernels) using various versions of axis stack.

My toolkits are "Ericsson application and training toolkits" from Sigma, 
and they happily run USB in windows. What Linux distro/kernel are you 
running?
