[bluetooth-dev] Help me!!! Init stack: Operation not permitted

I use openBT version 0.0.8, installed it on slakware 8.0 kernal 2.4 and kernal 2.2. I use Ericsson bluetooth chip. It's a bluetooth application & training tool kit. I followed the steps described in the README file After compiled it, all seemed no error but when I run the stack , I still get the following:

If it does not  bother you a lot, could you give me in detail about it because I am  newbie about bluetooth and linux.
