Pin 2, 3 and 5 is enough if you don't need hardware flow control.

When doing a serial boot, which pins of the nine pins of
a serial port have to be connected? Pin 2 (Receive data),
pin 3 (transmit data) and pin 5 (Ground) is surely needed,
but any other pins?
