mount /dev/flash2 problems

i've been using the new devboard software for a couple of days, and it has
worked really well- until now. Now, whenever I try to boot my board, the
boot process dies after printing:
	Mounting /dev/flash2 on /mnt/flash
mount: Mounting /dev/flash2 on /mnt/flash failed: No such device

I've rebuilt the kernel, apps and images (i.e. make kernel, make install
and make imagess), but I still get this boot problem with both ktest and
flashit.

any ideas?
	thanks, patrick
