FTP flash all doesn't work

I tried to upload image file (fimage) by ftp into DEVB LX but unsuccessful.

1. With the old OS (eLinux), the information displayed was:

230 User logged in, proceed.
Remote system type is UNIX.
Using binary mode to transfer files.
ftp> put fimage flash_all
local: fimage remote: flash_all
200 Command okay.
150-Saving parameters.
150-Going to single user mode.
150-Allocating memory.
150 Opening data connection.
netout: Connection reset by peer
226-Transfer complete, checking checksum.
550 Checksum error. Verify file and try again.

In the debug port, DEVB changed to single user mode (mode 1) and reboot. The
only information that might cause error was:

/usr/etc/defaultfiles/jimageid: Unknown error 2

Then it started with the old OS.

2. With the cLinux it was even worse. The only information was:

230 User logged in, proceed.
Remote system type is UNIX.
Using binary mode to transfer files.
ftp> put fimage flash_all
local: fimage remote: flash_all
200 Command okay.
150-Saving parameters.
150-Going to single user mode.
550 Please restart the server and try again.

No thing happend on the debug port.

Does anyone have any idea?
