RE: Booting from the serial port

Hi,

You can boot the card from the network even after you have
installed a new flash. Just make sure that you replace the
complete image in the flash (e.g. with boot_elinux -F or
flashitall).

Subject: Booting from the serial port

I installed a new Flash on the developer board and now I want to boot
the board from the serial port in order to send the new image file. I
have to do this since the new flash doesn't have any rescue code in the
bootblock.

Has anybody done this and/or written a tool for this?
