You can change it manually to:
# CONFIG_ETRAX100LX is not set
CONFIG_ETRAX100LX_V2=y

or you can use "make menuconfig" to set that.

After changing that on my board I got 165.89 too. It seems to make a
difference when it comes to undelay loop. :^)
