RE: ETRAX USB HowTo ???? Other symptoms
The USB ports are mulitplexed with serial ports and the
interrupts and DMA channels are shared. IRQ 25 is
used by DMA channel 9 which is used by serial port 1
and usb port 0. Try to disable serial port 1 in the
kernel configuration and rebuild he kernel.

When I ktest the image, I have a look at /proc/kmsg, and see that the kernel
is trying initializing USB bus 1, bat it fails to allocate IRQ25 for USB
device, so the initialization fails.
Other USB messages (USB, ACM) seems to be OK...
