oobs, yes that could be. Originally I installed the rpm but then I played
arround with the source distribution. I noticed, that when uninstalling the
rpm some files were reported as missing
(/usr/local/cris/lib/gcc-lib/cris/2.96/elinux and linux). I assume, that I
destroyed the original rpm installation somehow. I started again from
scratch and I got it working :-)
