I'm sure it's "-pthread" on SuSE, like on other distributions.
This sets preprocessor macros as well as adding the right
libraries.

It's the same for "gcc-cris -mlinux".  In general, options,
macros and behavior is the same as your host GNU/Linux platform
(that is, excluding machine-specific options like the
"-m"-options).
