RE: System bus developer board LX

The ETRAX runs on 100 MHz internally (the 20 MHz clock is
multiplied by 5). The external bus is run on 50 MHz. SDRAMs
can be clocked with 100 MHz (but data is still read at
50 MHz). The developer board LX has EDO DRAMs but SDRAMs
and DDR SDRAMs are also supported by ETRAX 100 LX.

Subject: System bus developer board LX

There is a system clock on 20 MHz on the board.
Does it mean that the system bus works on 20 MHz
or anywhere there is a multplier and bus work on 50 MHz?
How can i increase system bus frequency (it is possible)?
What type of DRAM memory is installed on developer board LX?
