RE: synserial max speed

The normal maximum speed for synchronous serial ports is 4 Mbps
but there is also a "warp" mode that runs in 12.5 Mhz. I don't
think you can expect it to work with > 4Mbps in slave mode (but
I'm not sure).

Subject: synserial max speed

I believe the maximum speed for the Etrax synchronous serial ports in
master mode is 6Mbps, but would it be possible to reach higher speeds,
in slave mode, when an external master provides a faster clock?
What speeds could be achieved in slave mode?

Best regards,
