Etrax100LX SDRAM problem

Hello all,

I've connected a 16MB (2Mb x 16bit x 4banks) SDRAM to an etrax100LX,
just like in the sdram config example.

Now I'm trying to boot, using e100boot (downloaded 2_0_5 version
of the tools)

These are the parameters I use:

e100boot\
 --setreg b0000000 000095f8\
 --setreg b0000004 00000104\
 --setreg b000000c 09603636\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c002\
 --pause 20000\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c602\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c002\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c402\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c002\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c402\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c002\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c402\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c002\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c402\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c002\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c402\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c002\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c402\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c002\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c402\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c002\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c402\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c002\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c202\
 --setreg b0000008 8000c002\
 --setreg b0000008 80008002\
 --setreg b0000030 00001df0\
 --setreg b0000038 00001ef3\
 --setreg c0000000 12345678\
 --getreg c0000000

The result that getreg returns is 12341234.
The upper two bytes seem to be read (or written...) twice.

Is this a problem with my configuration?

I saw an identical problem description in this list, but that
was with an MCM. (Nagy Zsolt, 2002-09-17)
This was blamed on etrax100boot not working right with the MCM,
a new devboard_lx release with a fixed e100boot was said to
be expected soon.

Could my problem perhaps be related?

Best regards,

Pieter
