However, when network boot is selected (on pins BS1 and BS2),
the 25 MHz clock is enabled automatically if the mdio pin is
sampled high. The clock is enabled at the end of the reset
sequence in this case.
In both cases, reset to the PHY must be delayed so that the clock
is started before the reset to the phy is released. There are
several ways to do that. Axis standard method is to use an extra
reset circuit to generate the delayed reset.
