can I do USB mass storage disk on jffs?

hi
   My linux PDA has USB.If I use jffs file system on smartmedia card ,can I 
do USB mass storage disk on smart media card too? I am newbie in USB ,I 
only know I should achieve RBC command set to do USB mass-storage disk. Is 
there any conflick between jffs and RBC ? thanks for any hint.
